Jake’s running out of time: fortunately that’s never been a problem for him.
If you could pause moments of your life which would you choose? To stay in the happy ones? Postpone the horrible ones? Do you sometimes have to let the clock run on?
Homegrown new writing with a sci-fi twist. A one man comedy drama about standing still and moving on.

I graduated from Plymouth University with a first-class honours degree in Theatre and Performance. Since graduating I have worked for many Arts organisations as a Theatre Practitioner and Director. This includes working with the Theatre Royal Plymouth on their workshops and productions.
I also create my own professional theatre for audiences across the South West. Performing with ‘Sketch Comedy Company’ Fast and Funny and working on the Barbican Theatre’s production of Twelfth Night as Assistant Director. I have created and performed a one man show entitled Running Out produced by ‘UnTamed Theatre’ which completed a sold out run at the Plymouth Fringe Festival. More recently, I directed Ginger Jones and the Sultan’s Eye for the Drum Theatre at the Theatre Royal Plymouth.
I have experience working in other areas of the industry, including producing, working as the education producer for London based theatre company ‘Cuckoo Bang’ and Assistant Creative Producer for ‘Radiant Gallery’. My experience extends further, working in technical departments for touring shows including Miss Saigon, ‘Welsh National Opera’ and several ‘Birmingham Royal Ballet’ productions as both Stage Technician and Wardrobe Assistant plus a placement working with Wicked, in the West-End, alongside their technical department.
I am passionate about creating professional and accessible theatre across the South West, in particular, making fun and enjoyable performances for all ages to enjoy.
